We want you to be satisfied with your SaveyMart Home purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used cookware or kitchen utensils
- Opened bedding and bath products
- Items damaged due to improper use
- Products purchased on final sale
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@saveymart.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Ship to: 400 W PINE ST, DEMING, NM 88030
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned items
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged items
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage for a free replacement or full refund.
